The Scotch-Brite™ EXL Unitized Disc helps remove burrs without gouging or marring, making it ideal for working with contoured surfaces. This disc features a strong, durable construction, but the disc's open web of non-woven fibres interspersed with silicon carbide abrasive make it soft and conformable so you can achieve a finer finish.

The Scotch-Brite™ EXL Unitized Disc was engineered by mixing abrasive mineral and nylon fibres with resin. The web is then cured and compressed together for added strength and durability. EXL material in the lower densities is soft, conformable, and and produces a finer finish. This disc works well for finishing contoured surfaces. Scotch-Brite™ EXL Wheels remove burrs without gouging or marring the work surface and produce consistent results. Available silicon carbide mineral, this disc offers an aggressive cut and reduced smearing of the surface during product use.
